Howdy, this thread (and this post) will be a work in progress.
As a clan, we need to have a set of rules that we all agree to; this is what will unify us. The clan tag will represent us in-game, but it won't mean anything if we're not grouped together by something more than a tag.
This group will not be a strict, high-maintenance group. I will not require a certain amount of hours, player skill, or even a mic. To be honest, I've added people who don't know when they'll even get Brink. That's fine; our group can and will benefit from all of its members, even if they're not the best/most active player.
If you have any ideas on rules you'd like to see (or not see), let me know. I'd like everyone to contribute as much as they'd like.
Rules as they Stand: In Game NO Team Killing - Even if you're being funny, others might not agree. Play the Objective - Don't play Brink as if you're K/D farming, it will only hurt the guild. There are enough objectives to keep you interested.
Out of Game Don't Talk Trash - If a teammate doesn't play well, attempt to help them, don't make them feel worse.
Infractions to any of these rules may result in your leaving the guild. As I do not want this to happen, please follow them!

you should require a mic its a team based game we can communicate more effectively if we all have mics

I have a mic I got for Halo Reach but a mic might help; however, I think if a player watches the battle closely enough and knows our objectives, they could probably do very well. Just think of them as deaf and mute soldiers that can still run and gun lol

The game actually has its own communication system. Anyone without a mic will just need to make use of the objective wheel effectively -- when they select an objective on it, their in game character will yell as much. Same goes when they're heading for a CP etc, they just need to select it on the wheel.
In other games I can see mics being important, here they'll just be helpful.
